Shipping and Returns Policies

Returns

To start the return or refund process, please email me at hello@birdieanddanzo.com. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

I accept returns or offer refunds for the cost of the item for non-defective items, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. A $5 restocking fee will apply and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Your refund—minus the $5 restocking fee—will be issued after I receive the returned item and confirm it’s still in resalable condition.

Exchanges

If you’ve changed your mind and would like a different product, simply start a return for the item you’ve received and once the return is processed, place a new order for the item you’d like instead. 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items:

If you received the wrong item, your item is defective, or your item was damaged during shipping, email me at hello@birdieanddanzo.com within 7 days of delivery so I can help you resolve the issue. In your email, please include a photo showing the damaged/defective/wrong product and if you would prefer a replacement or a refund.

Undeliverable Shipments:

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. If your package is returned to us because that address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason, you may:

  1. Provide us with a new address and pay the shipping again and we will attempt delivery again, or
  2. You can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost. 

Domestic Shipping

Within the US, orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the total quantity and weight of the products in your order.

International Shipping

At the moment, I don't offer international shipping through my online store, as our current drop shipper only ships within the United States.

That said, if you're an international customer and see something you love, feel free to reach out to us at hello@birdieanddanzo.com. We may be able to arrange custom delivery for you!

Please note that in this case, you'd be responsible for the additional shipping costs from the manufacturer to us, as well as the shipping from me to your location and any customs fees or import taxes your country may charge.
